Do I have to make a reservation or can I just walk in?
Online reservation is required and open play session will be closed if nobody signs up one hour before the session start time. If you make a reservation, but cannot attend your scheduled session, please contact us (by email or call) at least one hour before the sessions start time, so your play pass will not be deducted and stay active in your account for 2 months from the date of your purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation (through reservation system, phone, email, or voicemail) is permitted up to one hour before the starting time of your scheduled play session. There will be no refund once the purchase is made and completed. For any No-Shows, your pass will be deducted and cannot be used for future visits.

What are your supervision guidelines? Can I come with three children and play on two separate floors?
Each adult can supervise up to three children ages 6 and under for each play session. All attendees from your group (1 adult and 3 children) must stay on the same floor, no child without adult should be left behind on a different floor.

I am coming with my 5 years old and 7 years old children, can the 7 years old sit and wait at the lobby while I am playing with my 5 years old?
Dream City is designed for children 6 years old and under. Any child 7 years old and over is not allowed to enter our facility. Therefore, the 7 years old cannot sit and wait at the lobby during the open play session.

Can I drop off my child or have my friend watch my child?
All children must be supervised by adult during the open play session, so the drop off option is not allowed. If your friend(or another family) is bringing your child, a notification by email or phone call is required to communicate with Dream City team before the session starts. Your friend must supervise your child at all times.

Can I stay beyond the play session end time?
The play pass is applied to a specific open play session that has designated start and end time. All visitors cannot stay beyond the play session end time. If you pay for two consecutive open play sessions, you are not allowed to stay in the facility between sessions when Dream City is closed for cleaning.
Please note, as a part of our closing process, theme rooms downstairs will be closed approx 15 mins before the end of each session. All other play areas (upstairs and green carpet areas downstairs) are open for enjoyment.

My baby child keeps removing her/his socks, what can I do?
Socks are required for all visitors, including adults, children and infants. If your baby has a difficult time to keep the socks on, we strongly recommend you have them put on the indoor/house shoes that are clean and comfortable.

Can I eat at Dream City?
Outside light snacks and drinks are allowed at the designated areas. On the first floor, the eating spot is in the back behind the play area. On the lower level, we have two round tables next to the projector area for snacks. Snacks and drinks are also available for purchase at Dream City.

Is there an indoor stroller parking area?
Yes, you can park your stroller in our lobby area.

Is Monthly Membership available for sale?
