Do I have to make a reservation or can I just walk in?

Online reservation is required and open play session will be closed if nobody signs up one hour before the session start time. If you make a reservation, but cannot attend your scheduled session, please contact us (by email or call) one hour before the sessions start time, so your play pass will not be deducted and stay active in your account for 2 months from the date of your purchase.

Yes, you can. Please make sure the name of each attendee is added to your account as “dependent”.

What are your supervision guidelines? Can I come with three children and play on two separate floors?

Each adult can supervise up to three children ages 6 and under for each play session. All attendees from your group (1 adult and 3 children) must stay on the same floor, no child without adult should be left behind on a different floor.

I am coming with my 5 years old and 7 years old children, can the 7 years old sit and wait at the lobby while I am playing with my 5 years old?

Dream City is designed for children 6 years old and under. Any child 7 years old and over is not allowed to enter our facility. Therefore, the 7 years old cannot sit and wait at the lobby during the open play session.

Can I drop off my child or have my friend watch my child?

All children must be supervised by adult during the open play session, so the drop off option is not allowed. If your friend(or another family) is bringing your child, a notification by email or phone call is required to communicate with Dream City team before the session starts. Your friend must supervise your child at all times.

Can I stay beyond the play session end time?

The play pass is applied to a specific open play session that has designated start and end time. All visitors cannot stay beyond the play session end time. If you pay for two consecutive open play sessions, you are not allowed to stay in the facility between sessions when Dream City is closed for cleaning.

Socks are required for all visitors, including adults, children and infants. If your baby has a difficult time to keep the socks on, we strongly recommend you have them put on the indoor/house shoes that are clean and comfortable.

Can I eat at Dream City?

Outside light snacks and drinks are allowed at the designated areas. On the first floor, the eating spot is in the back behind the play area. On the lower level, we have two round tables next to the projector area for snacks. Snacks and drinks are also available for purchase at Dream City.

How many people are included in the Family Pack?

The Family pack is a total of 12 passes that could be assigned to a maximum of 4 people in your account, and the passes are not transferable. Your passes will be deducted from the family pack based on the number of people attending the play session. For example, three people in your family attend a session using a family pack on the first visit, 3 passes would be deducted, and you would have 9 passes left in the family pack.
