WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT BEFORE & DURING YOUR VISIT:
All visitors must buy timed tickets in advance. Each entry has limited capacity, allowing for increased space to safely explore, climb, move and play. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date with one hour advance cancellation notice. Door opens 5 minutes before any scheduled events.
Mask is optional for all visitors. We ask everyone to be respectful to others in regards to people's mask wearing decision. Disposable masks will be available for adults and children if needed.
The capacity for each play session is limited to 35%. All children must be accompanied by an adult, children cannot enter a different floor without supervision by an adult. Dream City is designed for children ages 6 years old and under.
Upon arrival, visitors’ first stop is the hand sanitizing station and hand washing station before entering the play area. Additional hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the play space.
Temperature check is required for all visitors upon entry. Please respect social distancing protocols throughout the play space. The Dream City team greets and guides visitors throughout their visit and helps guests follow safety rules.
The Dream City Team cleans regularly throughout the day and between play sessions. We have implemented sanitation measures and have special equipment to continuously disinfect our spaces. We continue using medical grade air purifiers and MERV13 air filters to help against airborne transmission of viruses. These filters are also replaced regularly.
