Admission for 1 enrolled Child with 1 Adult for up to 10 Open Play visits from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.

How to become a member:

 A Membership Application form is required and must be submitted for review and approval. We will contact you with the application status. Space is limited, so be sure to act quickly!

Reminders:

• Reservations and socks are required. Grip socks are recommended. Our facility is designed for children 6yr and under.  Children must be supervised by caretakers at all times, no drop-off, no Adult Swapping during session. 

• Door opens 5 minutes before any scheduled events.​​ 

• As a part of our closing process, theme rooms downstairs will be closed approx. 15 mins before the end of each session. All other play areas (upstairs and green carpet areas downstairs) are open for enjoyment.​

• For days when we offer "Limited Access Open Play", the play areas on the First Floor will be closed from 9:30am to 10:15am due to a class in session. Clients will be able to enjoy our open play session on both floors from 10:15am to 11:30am.​

Cancellation Policies: ​

• One hour advance cancellation: Cancellation (through reservation system, phone, email, or voicemail) is permitted up to one hour before the starting time of your scheduled play session. Unused passes (due to cancellation) will be applied to a future visit. No Refunds!!

• For any No-Shows or cancellation within one hour, your pass will be deducted and cannot be used for future visits. No store credit for No-Shows.​

• No swapping rule: Each play pass is assigned to specific child, the supervising adult visitor(s) entering in the play area cannot be swapped during the 2 hour play session.
