Booking Process

  1. ​Inquiry & Consultation: Complete the Party Inquiry Form to check the time slot availability; Initial contact to discuss requirements, theme, and tour booking. Party team will confirm the availability.

  2. Quote: Receiving availability confirmation and a breakdown of costs from the Party Info Sheet, including packages, food, and entertainment options.

  3. Securing the Venue: Paying the deposit to officially confirm the booking.

  4. Confirmation: Receiving confirmation via email, which may include details on Event Reservation Form, waivers and Party Agreement.

  5. Planning: A Party Planning Meeting will be schedule 3-4 weeks before the date of the event.

  6. Finalization: Confirming final guest counts and details shortly before the event.
