Purchases will be tracked on an annual basis from January 1st to December 31st. You will earn a point for every dollar you spend for eligible services. Points will be reset on January 1st in the following year. The rewards start at 500 points.

Purchases made on and after January 1st will qualify for the Dream City Rewards Program; not including Birthday Party and Camp Program purchases. There are 2 Reward periods: January 1st - June 30th and July 1st - December 31st.  You will get the opportunity to claim your prize after each reward period. Any unclaimed points from the 1st period will be carried over to the 2nd period for a bigger prize.  

Eligible services for our Rewards Program include Open Play, Play & Learn Classes, and Special Events. Birthday Party and Camp Program are excluded from the Rewards Program.

At the end of each reward period, you will be contacted once you qualify for your prize! Prizes include Dream City Merchandise like pens, water bottles, t-shirts, and more!  Redemption period is for a limited time, so keep an eye out for those emails!
