Purchases will be tracked on an annual basis from January 1st to December 31st, you will earn a point for every dollar you spend for eligible services. Points will be reset on January 1 in the following year. The rewards start at 250 points.

Purchases made from January 1st, 2023 will be qualified for our 2023 Rewards Program. Reward period ends on April 30, August 31 and December 31. You will get the opportunity to claim your prizes after each reward period. Any unclaimed points will be carried forward to the following period for bigger prizes. 

Eligible services for our Rewards Program include open play, play & learn classes, and special events. Birthday party and camp program are excluded in the rewards program.

At the end of each reward period, you will be contacted once you qualify for your prize! Prizes include Dream City Merchandise like pens, water bottles, t-shirts, free pass and more! You will have up to 2 weeks to claim your prize.
