Frequently Ask Questions

  • What are the opening hours and how to get informed for schedule changes?

We are open from 10 am – 6 pm on the weekdays and 9 am – 6 pm on the weekends. We are closed on Tuesday for deep cleaning and staff development. Note our hours are subject to change due to private events. Please follow our social media and our website where we announce changes in schedule .   • What is the check in procedure? Do I need to make reservation in advance?

Prior to playing for the first time in our facility, you will need to create an account either when you come in, or in advance on our website. Reservations for open play are not required, but highly recommended so you will have the smoothest check in experience. 

 

  • Do I have to sign a waiver?

Signing a waiver is a part of your check in procedure. For insurance and liability purposes, a parent/guardian/caretaker that enters Dream City must sign a waiver for any child under the age of 18 that are under their care. Dream City has the right to refuse entry if a guardian does not sign a waiver. Birthday Party hosts are responsible to have their guests sign the waivers as well.

  • What is age range of kids to play at Dream City?

Our facility has been thoughtfully and custom designed for children 6 and under with supervision by caretakers who are over 18 years old. For the safety of our children, only children ages 6 and under and adults 18 and over are allowed in the space beyond the front entrance during open play/regular admission.​ We reserve the right to refuse entrance to any child who does not meet that criterion.

  • Can I bring food into the facility? Is there an area to eat?

Dream City is a nut-free facility. You are welcome to bring outside food and eat in one of our designated areas, but we do not allow eating or drinking inside the play areas both upstairs and downstairs. Please eat and drink in the designated areas only.

  • What is your re-entry policy?

With the open play pass, there is no re-entry once you leave our facility.

  • What is your sick child policy?

If you or your child is not feeling well, we ask that you please come back and play with us another day. We take temperature for both caretakers and children before they go inside the play area. children with temperatures of 99.5 or beyond will be asked to leave and come back when they are feeling better. As always, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those that are visibly sick, have high temperatures, or post a safety risk. This is the benefit and protection for our entire community.

  • How often is the facility sanitized?

We clean and sanitize all our common areas, bathrooms, furniture, play surfaces, and toys every day before and after business hours. In addition, throughout the day we clean and sanitize high touch areas such as door handles and gates. Every Tuesday is our deep-cleaning day, where we clean and sanitize all our toys, ball pits, wood cubes pit, and the whole facility.

 

  • Do you have stroller parking?

There is a designated indoor stroller parking area near the reception.

  • Do you sell snacks and coffee?

We offer a variety of snacks, juices and coffee for sale.

  • Is there a nearby area parking cars?

Yes! There is a 3 hours street parking on Queens Blvd (right in front of our facility) and there are also nearby indoor parking garages:

Windor Parking Garage: 107-24 71st Rd, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Sylvan Midway Parking Garage: 108-18 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375

  • What are the important rules we need to keep in mind?

Children must always be supervised by their care takers. For your safety and for hygienic purposes, socks are required to enter the play area. Shoes are not permitted in our play area. Put dirty toys in the “germ station” for sanitation. No food, drink, candy, or gum allowed inside the play area.

  • What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash, all major debit & credit cards, and Apple Pay.

​

  • Do you offer any discount for frequent visitors?

We are currently exploring flexible options, multi-pack passes are available for purchase.
