Safety is our top priority

  • ALL staff members at Dream City are fully vaccinated. 

  • Dream City will continue to require masks and practice social distancing.  Masks are required for all people over 24m of age whenever they are in the facility.  

  • Temperature checks and health screening are required for all staff and visitors who enter the facility. 

  • Reservations are required to allow us to limit occupancy for social distancing & maintain contact tracing.

  • Capacity is currently limited to 33% of maximum occupancy including all adults, children, and infants.

  • Social distance signage that denote 6 ft. of spacing in commonly used and other applicable areas on the site are marked. Throughout the day, we monitor flow of traffic within the facility to adhere to capacity requirements.

  • We will continue contact tracing and a shut-down protocol is in place pending any positive COVID-19 test.

  • Multiple medical grade HEPA air purifiers run continuously.

  • Merv-13 pleated filters have been installed in our HVAC system. 

  • We use a USDA/USFDA certified, EPA Registered product to clean, disinfect, deodorize & kill 99.999% of common germs in less than 60 seconds. 

  • We use an automatic ball-washing machine to clean and disinfect our 5,000+ ball pit balls daily.

  • Our entire facility, play elements and equipment are disinfected & sanitized between each play session.

  • High touch areas are clean and disinfected, at minimum, each hour we are open.

  • Additional sinks, sanitizing stations, barriers and signage has been installed to remind staff & visitors to adhere to safety protocols.

  • No re-entry will be allowed within the same play session.

  • Dress-up play clothes / costumes will be temporarily unavailable, until further notice.

  • During open play sessions, we will continue to allow light snacks and drinks to be consumed in designated areas, but we will no longer allow the consumption of meals on premises.

  • Provide hand sanitizing stations for both staff and guests to promote good hand hygiene.

  • Shoes off and socks on in all play areas.

  • Wash and sanitize your hands frequently, as well as encourage your children to practice good hygiene

  • Please be respectful of staff and other guests’ social distance

  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well

  • Please place dirty items into the “germ bins” placed throughout our facility 

  • Notify a staff member if you see unsanitary conditions or something that needs to be cleaned
