Dream City’s Commitment to Safety

  • Temperature check is administered daily to all staff and guests entering the facility.

  • Multiple medical grade HEPA air purification machines have been installed and will run continuously.

  • A hand washing sink has been installed at our entrance.

  • A plexiglass barrier has been installed to prevent virus spread.

  • Signs are posted throughout the facility to remind visitors and staff members to adhere to proper hygiene, social distancing, and cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

  • Our staff members will maintain minimum physical contact with guests unless it is required for safety or a core function.

  • During open play sessions, we will continue to allow light snacks and drinks to be consumed in designated areas, but we will no longer allow the consumption of meals on premises.

  • We have set up an hourly cleaning and sanitizing schedule for high touch areas, as well as additional cleaning between programs and sessions.

Safety is our top priority - you’ll notice that we’ve made some changes recently:

  •  We have developed a shut down protocol if Corrie or any staff members test positive for COVID-19.

  • Merv-13 pleated filters have been installed in our HVAC system.

  • For our daily disinfection routine, we use an USDA and USFDA certified, EPA Registered product to create a solution that is used to clean, disinfect and deodorize that kills 99.999% of common germs in less than 60 seconds.

  • We have procured a ball washing machine for cleaning and disinfecting our 5,000+ ball pit balls daily.

  • All aspects of our facility, play elements and equipment are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before and after each play session.

  • Highly touched areas are clean and disinfected, at minimum, each hour we are open.

Behind the scenes - We are making important changes that you may not see, but still appreciate:

  • Capacity is currently limited to 35% of maximum occupancy inclusive of adults, children, and infants.

  • Open play must be reserved in advance -- we are temporarily not allowing unscheduled drop ins for open play.

  • No re-entry will be allowed within the same play session.

  • Adult attendance is limited to one caretaker per child. Children cannot enter a different floor without supervision by an adult.

Limiting crowds - You’ll also notice that...

  • Provide hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas for both staff and guests to promote good hand hygiene.

  • Thoroughly clean the entire facility prior to, throughout, and after programs daily.

  • Require our employees to have proper and frequent hand washing.

  • Mandate staff to stay home when they are not feeling well or have higher than 100.4 degree temperature.

  • Shoes off and socks on in all play areas.

Not everything is new - We’ve prioritized employee and guest safety since we opened. Just so you know we promise to continue to:

IMG_7516.JPEG
  • Wash and sanitize your hands frequently, as well as encourage your children to practice good hygiene

  • Please be respectful of staff and other guests’ social distance

  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well

  • Please place dirty items into the “germ bins” placed throughout our facility

  • Notify a staff member if you see unsanitary conditions or something that needs to be cleaned
